After Chicago, Dr. Hector Roberto Mardy moved to Jacksonville, Florida in 2010. This was also around the time of the massive earthquake in Haiti, which left the country and multiple communities demolished. This was the catalyst that propelled Dr. Hector Roberto Mardy to expand his ministry internationally, first, by starting a new church plant which would ultimately be the catalyst for a multitude of other projects in the region. Since then, Dr. Hector Roberto Mardy has dedicated his life to improving and revitalizing the impoverished communities in his hometown in Haiti through the establishment of churches, semi-annual food and clothing drives, the construction of wells for access to clean water, and most recently, the establishment of a school to help educate the youth and provide jobs to the people in the community. He is a husband and a father and has been, over the years, a leader, role model, and activist in his community.
Evangelism
Meeting spiritual needs through Christ. This included church planting and training leaders by planting church seeds that will grown into seedlings, and eventually into a full church with supportive congregations.
Education
Prioritizing the personal growth and development of those underdeveloped persons in the community. This is exemplified through community-wide linguistic education where the uneducated can receive free education and the development of a registered and regulated school system.
HealthCare
Prioritizing the health and wellness of the community with the hope of remedying pre-existing harmful health conditions such as starvation or malnutrition, severly impacting our youth.
Empathy
Understanding and relating to the emotional and physical complaints, constraints, and misfortunes of the community by providing Mercy Ministry and through the establishment of orphanages to help with the most underprivileged children.
Economics
Rebuilding impoverished communities and providing economic relief with the goal of triggering an economic revival in addition to empowering business leaders. These will help rebuild and improve the communities and the lives of those therein.
